“Be bold.” These two little words sure can pack a big punch. After all, being bold often requires being vulnerable. And being vulnerable is not a comfortable place to be!
But, why is being vulnerable a bad thing? Being in a vulnerable position (that is, when we’ve tried to make smart choices leading up to it) can be worth the risk and result in incredible success.
Even if the outcome from being bold and vulnerable is failure, that’s okay too! Failure sets us up for teachable moments and is an opportunity to learn—for us and others.
Be bold. Be vulnerable. Permission granted to leave your comfort zone!
